General

- I reserve any right to decline any commission.
- I reserve the right to stream your commission. Please let me know ahead of time if you wish for your piece to not be streamed.
- I can draw from references. If you'd like for me to design a character, there will be an additional fee.
- I have the right to hold onto the commission if the full price is not paid or until it is paid.🪱🪱🪱🪱
Payment
- I accept payments through paypal.
- 50% payment upfront before starting the commission.
- I'll send you a message if your commission(s) accepted.
- Depending on the complexity of the commission there may be additional costs.
(ex: extra props, multiple outfits, complex pose, no reference, extra detail like armor/mech, additional characters.)
- Once I start working on the commission there are no refunds. If you feel like there's a possibility that you might need the money for other reasons, please don't pay.Terms of Use

- All commissions (except twitch commissions), are for personal use only
- If you're using my artwork on any social media platforms you must credit me on that platform.
(Profile pics, banners, stream, posting, etc) "credit to original artist" is not proper credit, please ensure to use my full name.
- Do not use my work for commercial purposes such as printing for profit, merch or sell in any way.
- Do not trace or edit my artwork in any way.

- Can take up to a week for me to look over and accept your commission.
- Once the commission has been accepted, I'll send an invoice. Invoice must be paid within 5 days, or I'll cancel it.
- Commissions can take 2 weeks to 2 months to complete.
- W.I.Ps will be given at the end of each stage, (draft, line-art, color) but feel free to ask for progress pics at any time!Copyright

- I hold the copyright to the art piece and only allow the commissioner to use the artwork as stated above.
- I retain the right to post the art on my socials and to add it to my portfolio (unless stated otherwise)
- You are not allowed to sell/reproduce the artwork commercially, take credit for the artwork, alter the artwork without consent, remove any watermarks, or trace the artwork in any way.User Agreement

- Since these are digital commissions, there will be no physical copy.
- I won't draw in someone else's style (unless its a existing show or property) so please make sure my style is right for you before ordering!

1.
After reviewing your request, I'll send an email to discuss your commission and I will provide you with a quote. once the price is agreed upon, I will send you an invoice ✧
(you can choose to pay either half or full at this point)2.
Once payment has been received, I start working on the sketch within the month.3.
After the sketch has been approved, I will send an invoice for the rest of the payment (if any)4.
Once payment has been received (if applicable), I will start working on the line art. once the line art is completed, I will send it to you to get approved. once the line art is approved, I will start on color.
(at this point no more major changes are allowed unless I initiate it or it is a mistake on my part)5.
Once coloring is completed I will send the commission to you to get approved.6.
If by chance you Commission shading i will finish and send the commission over to you to get approved one final time.7.
Once everything is approved, I will send your files to you via email!
For emotes: you will receive 3 files per emote (112px, 56px, 28px)
characters: will receive 2 files (with background and without a background)8.
